I'm hoping this page can help answer any questions you have about our made to order graphic apparel. If you have any questions that are not covered here, please feel free to reach out to us directly via email or through the contact form. ☺︎
1. How does the made to order process work? When you place an order, I create your graphic apparel specifically for you! Each piece is carefully crafted in my studio using high-quality apparel and your selected design. Step-by-step ordering instructions are located on our home page.
2. Can I request a custom design? Yes of course! We would love to bring your ideas to life. If you have a specific design in mind, please reach out with all the details. *Extra production time may need to take place for these type of requests.
3. What if I need to make a change to my order? If you need to make any changes, please email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we are not able to make adjustments.
4. How long will it take to receive my order? Since each item is made to order, the production time is currently 1-3 days. In addition to production time, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
5. Do we ship internationally? Unfortunately at this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
6. What is your return/exchange policy? Since the apparel is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If any items are damaged during shipping, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
